The best maritime panorama in the country!
The longest in Korea, 3.23km
Mokpo Marine Cable Car is the longest cable car in Korea that departs from Bukhang Station in downtown Mokpo, bends into an ‘L’ shape at the top of Yudalsan Mountain, passes over the sea, and reaches Gohado on Bandal Island.
The Mokpo Marine Cable Car, where you can enjoy the golden sunset and night view of the Archipelago Sea, is evaluated as the best route in Asia, surpassing Vietnam's Vinpearl Cable Car with a total length of 3.23km and an overwhelming ride distance and attractions.
Overwhelmingly tall cable car tower
Tower 5 of the Mokpo Marine Cable Car is a support tower from the upper part of Yudalsan Mountain to Gohado, reaching a height of 155m. This tower is being built using the latest design by France's Poma and cutting-edge construction methods by construction company New Millennium Construction. It is the world's second tallest cable car tower among cable car towers and has become another symbol of Mokpo Ungbi.
